English Unis/colleges in France

I'm currently doing A-Levels in French, Psych and Bio in 6th form, expected to get decent grades in the summer and I've been accepted into the Unis I want to go to do Human Nutrition and Dietetics. I'm really looking forward to it but things have changed for me recently, I've grown to love French more than Bio and Psych and I would really love to go away to France to an English Uni/College to study something for a year or 2. Any part of France, I'd just love to spend a few years there.
Does anyone have any links or info on English Unis or Colleges in France or indeed a Francophone country? Merci beaucoup

The only British university in a francophone country is the British Institute in Paris.
