Im about to send my pictures in for my student ID, but does anyone know if it has to be a passport photo? i just assumed that thats what they want, but i thought i'd see what everyone else did?

If I recall they just wanted something passport style, so you just need to make sure that it's got a plain background and that you have a straight face

If you haven't already, you should provide them with your bank details and what happens is that at the start of every term, the rent for that term is automatically debited from your account. If that doesn't happen, you can go to the bursary to pay yourself using a debit card. It usually does happen automatically though!

I should also mention that they don't take the rent at the very start of each term, they will wait until your student loan has been paid into your account.

Ok and if they don't take it automatically I'm sure they will notify me that I need to pay it ? But I think it should go automatically as I'm sure they get my bank details through student finance
