Young Modulus Multiple Choice Question [PLEASE HELP]

I am trying to understand the question and I know that the first two statements are correct but am confused why the third statement however is wrong.

I think it is because if a material does not obey Hooke's Law (force poportional to extension) then stress is not proportional to strain and therefore the Young Modulus can change.

They're all true.
It's not a ratio.A ratio has no units while young's modulus does.
