Im watching it because I found a place to stream it from with good enough quality, and Im bored with 2 hours to kill
I'm stuck in the university library trying to pass the time without games, anime, or porn It's an impressive place, mind you. Very modern and it has an amazing collection of books, journals, and records. I had something of a mini adventure looking through everything. The journal room was something like a top-secret archive vault.
I'm too tired to research anything
Urgh, off-topic again
To the point, I hope Gunslinger Girl arrives tomorrow. I see you watched and rated it a 3.5.
Finished Sora no Manimani. It was a nice end to a nice series, but nothing spectacular. I would have liked more backstory about Roma and Oumi, but apparently they're 'leaving that until the DVD release'. So I'm expecting an OVA/special ep in the future.
The next thing I'll be watching is the final episode of Basquash!
The last episode of Basquash! was lulzy. I think Nike just topped Pizza Hut in terms of anime advertisement. Could have done with more closure though, it was a bit 'woo, we saved the world! THE END'. I really liked this series at the beginning, but IMO it trailed off about midway as the plot got a bit too complicated, and it never really recovered. Great animation and music though.
Next I'll be downloading Yumeiro Patissiere, on the off chance that I'll like it. Though TBH I think I've got enough shoujo on my list this season with Kobato and Kimi ni Todoke.

I'm not I'm taking a stand
Make sure to put that stand back where you found it Its not nice to steal things
Just finished vol. 1 of + anima (guessing Cooro' a fan ) which I got to read on the plane...so far I'm thinking it's a good light hearted read...nothing too serious, think I might continue reading it although I'm not sure how much plot development there is but it's 10 volumes so I probably shouldn't expect too much of that...so far my favourite characters are husky and senri...but considering that's exactly half of them I'm not really that picky The cover design (vol. 1) is also beautiful I like that it's landscape rather then portrait...not sure whether that's the same for all regions though
Would you drop a series if it became licensed in the US while you were subbing it? No. Both Shana and Fate/stay night were licensed before they even started airing in Japan, for example.
But what about shows with official/legal streams? The answer is still "no". The world is bigger than what R1 licenses cover, and Eclipse is an international group (in fact, about half the group is European, another half is Asian, the third half is unsure and the final half refuses to say). Sorry, but we won't abandon the rest of the world simply because someone bought the R1 license. If you can make streaming work, more power to you. In the meantime, let us enjoy our fansubs, mmkay? Sending us threatening letters will not be appreciated, nor result in any action being taken.
Its amazing how long the characters in GA can hold their facial expressions
EDIT:zomg someone in queen's blade noticed how little clothing they all were Why is Aldra so young and seems to have relitivly small(for this series) boobs Isnt she supposed to be the villian
Why does that woman keep a staff that tentacle rapes her

About time lol...although less clothing is a lot more practical for fighting...armour was actually invented originally to provide a handicap for the very strongest men in battle...so maybe it wouldn't have been that unusual for them all to see each other half naked

historically people seemed to be covered up atleast, well except during the olympics .... but women didnt participate in that
...Oh come on "sacred poses" There is more to this series than just ecchi, but its hard to see past it half the damn time

Well depends how far you go back...wrapping yourself up in a big animal fur probably wasn't too revealing I must agree *has urge to run after a mammoth with a pointy stick* and I agree that that's definately not why they wear so little in Queen's Blade...nearly naked women are much more appealing to many viewers than ideas like that
