Hey,

My teacher has barely said/done anything about the short essays and I've never known how to prepare for them. What kind of things should I be studying, and is there any indication of the kind of things that will come up this year?

Hi,
I do Higher Spanish.
Basically, it's impossible to tell what will come up in the Short Essay.
I'd learn technology, school, future plans, town/country stuff; as well as general stuff such as "This is a topic which interests me so I will share my opinion." Things like that, just in case it's a bad topic...you then have some stuff to say to pad the essay out.

Get past papers, do the short essays in timed/exam conditions and ask your teacher to mark them :smile:
