Hypothesis Testing
In hypothesis testing, we have null (Ho) and alternative (H1) hypothesis.
After calculation, in the conclusion, we reject the alternative hypothesis(H1).
The question is
can we say we accept the null hypothesis(Ho) instead of reject the alternative hypothesis(H1) ?
of course, it is under a certain significant level.

It's bad practice to use the phrase "accept the null hypothesis" as you are not gathering evidence to test that hypothesis. Instead you say, in this instance you have "failed to reject the null hypothesis".
