AS to A2- is there a jump?

Hey,

Just finished my AS level year and am about to embark upon the year of my dreaded A2's! Now, at AS i really didn't get the grades i wanted or was capable of so i have a fair amount of resits to do this year! In all fairness, i think i enjoyed the social side of college way too much this year! Anyway, i was wondering if anyone has any tips for success at A2? Any advice would be more than welcome, so please, be liberal with tips to help me prepare for the next jump up!

i didn't think there was a jump between them - AS is just a name given to divide A levels in half and allow half the exams to be out of the way
i did the opposite to you and dossed in A2 - luckily my good AS grades balanced it out
it doesn't matter when you dos* i think just make sure you do one year really well

* except in maths - A2 is HARD!

What board was your Alevel maths with??

i don't know - i think it was edexcel with P1, P2 etc
it did mechanics with it instead of statistics
at AS i got a really good A in my modules but i found it really hard at A2 and got a B overall
