¿Hay alguien aquí que hable español?

Hola, necesito traducir algo

¿Cómo se dice “mantienen sobre aviso a algo” en inglés?

I checked the websites and I couldn't figure it out exactly...

Also is the use of the subjunctive in the title correct?

Gracias.

I can't figure out exactly either and I'm a native speaker. It doesn't sound very idiomatic to me. I assume it's something to do with "warning someone about something", but as it's out of context I can't be sure.

Yes, the subjunctive in the title is correct.

You're welcome.

Yeah or something like keeping someone alert?

The context is "los fuegos mantienen sobre aviso a Galicia"

Right, it means the fires are keeping Galicia on the alert.
