Unite: missing payments

Hi, I've applied to St Peter's Court and recently I got an email from [email protected] which said that they were missing my payment information.

[email protected] had already given me an application pack which I filled out (it didn't ask for any payment information, only how you wanted to pay i.e monthly payments rather than debit card info)

So I thought it was a bit weird that they were asking me for this seeing as how they've not even replied to me on if my application to the accommodation was successful or not. I tried phoning the number they (uniteadmin) gave me but it says it does not exist...

Anyone else got this message?

I think the fact it does not exist should start ringing alarm bells.

Call St. Peter's Court and see if it came from them, but I don't think they should ask for anything over email. When I lived there, it was all done by cheque or by signing a physical direct debit form.

I got the same email!
EVen though i'd only just got my forms through the post.

I just replied to the email saying i will give them it when i filled the forms out! since there is a form specifically for that. and that they will get it by the deadline.
But they never replied...

strange!
