Yeah a barrier to communication is something that effects its potential, which is jargon (slang words) which can mean people become confused.

i put poor customer service, lol i didnt know what jargon was so i just guessed :|

i was so lucky i just heard of jargon like a day before the exam so i knew what it was otherwise i probably would've got it wrong.. :colondollar:

This is exam is from the new spec - the one we are all doing...this is the first unit 3 exam from the new spec:smile: It is not different from what we are all doing...sorry for the confusion:redface:
