Hi I think it will be on:

25 marker on: whether a business should act as a partnership or a PLC
25 marker on flexible working contracts

theses are what my teacher has predicted :smile:

yeah flexible working contracts was the 2022 25 marker, unlikely to come up again

Hi there,
was wondering if anyone would be willing to show me their answer to any 25 marker so I could have a look at the structure. Ive been struggling a lot on them recently and can't seem to get over the 15 mark level.

Have an intro and a conclusion. Have at least 2 paragraphs, with evaluation. Have evaluation in your intro and conclusion.

This is a basic planning template you can use, make sure to clearly define the key terms of the question and the alternative models / theories you are going to use.
Also make sure to evaluate the effectiveness of the things you talk about, especially in relation to the question's context
