Information for DSA

Hi,

wondering if someone would be able to give me a bit more information. I'm currently in the process of applying for the DSA for my dyslexia, and really just need to know what information i need to provide as evidence. I've been given extra time over the past few years, for both GCSE, AS and Alevel exams, and i've also got an appointment with my optician, a recognised professor. What information do i need to provide?

Thanks
you'll need a very recent assessment from an educational psychologist.

how do i get one of them done?
If you've had one since you were 16 you'll be ok otherwise you'll need to organise one yourself and pay for it.

and what are they going to be able to say that a professor in dyslexia studies etc isnt?
you want the brass you follow the conditions. Ed psych or specialist teacher.
It is no skin off my nose!
