OCR statement release - F215 13TH june 2011

OCR have released a statement on the exam that we all took on monday. I think it's Bulls***. Please people read it, and tell everyone your thoughts

?"This team checks that all aspects are clearly on the specification, and that the content is appropriate" *cough* hedgehog ethics *cough* behaviour examples *cough* nearly complete absense of module one two and four. I am working on a response email and will post it all to you what I have written. If you have any comments you would like added please post below!

This F215 paper assesses learning outcomes from all modules of this unit

that is completely true.....if the ecology module was ****ing huge with only a teeny tiny section that covers all the other 3 and it was an ecology exam, rather than a biology one

I know many people are still angry at this statement, but guys you're missing the point! At leat OCR has submitted this statement and is now 100% aware of the problem, don't you all understand, we might have won! I don't remember OCR doing this for a GCE A level paper before on the new spec. I feel optimistic that the same problem will not be repeated and we will achieve the grades we all want! :biggrin:

i found this a bit annoying, i'd made sure i'd properly learnt all the genetics and stuff. and i HATE all that ecology stuff, so its disappointing that i probably won't get an A* now :-(
