This is really helpful. Please can you tell me what exactly i need to know for each business i.e Starbucks, Bp and where i can find it.

Also if you have any prediction on the type of CSR question that is going to come up?

btw is it ok if i use the same business for section A and section B in my answers? will i still gain marks.
