Factor Theorem WTF!!!!

One question really quick- I am finding this question difficult.

1i) Find q and p such that:

f(x)=(x-3)(x^2+px+q)

1ii)

Factorise f(x) fully

i.e f(x)=( ) ( ) ( )

Can someone please help me or tell me how to do it?
Thanks

What is the original function you are given? I think you need to know what f(x) is to begin with to be able to do this question...
