enzymes/kinetics help needed! ASAP!!!

hiya guys ned sum of ur help on the following:

-if the initial velocity of an enzyme is 0.005umol/min express the velocity in umol/min per 0.1 ml of enyme:
i did this is it okay? 0.05 umol/min per 0.1 ml of enyme

- the zyme concentraion is 5ug/ml, and 50ul is added to a reaction.what is the amount of enyme added in mg?
so far i have done C=m/v
m=c x v
= 5 x 0.05
= 250 mg 0r 0.00025 mg

- calculate the umol of substrate hyrolysed per min per mg of enzyme.
do you do this as th velocity divided by the amount of enzyme from above?

thank you sooo much

Sounds to me like you need the Molecular Weight of the enzyme. Is it given anywhere?
