Damn some people have a horrible diet, must have a bodies like women .. glass of coke for breakfast ....

I haven't had much clients this week so i'm being lazy and training (muay thai and cardio / weights) twice a day.

12PM - breakfast, protein shake (2 scoops) with fruit, mango and some thai fruit.
13:00PM - Workout
14:30PM - Rice and 2 chicken breasts
15:00 - nap
17:00 - Protein Shake (2 scoops) and some nuts / coconut.
18:00 - Workout
19:00 Som Tum (Thai Papaya Salad)
19:30 - Chicken, Beef and Liver thai curry with a plate of rice.
21:00 - Some pork and veggys in a sauce
1AM - Protein Shake
2- 4 AM - Sleep

Tmr will be same as it's holiday, usually I like to work in afternoon / early evening, but maybe 3x a week I can train twice a day.

Saturday was my bday so I had a sushi buffet before I got wasted:

1/10 of what I ate there. Usually eat 1x a month.

And usually eat this every other week, so 2x a month.

What are you? a German Sheppard or something?

Breakfast - 2 pieces of toast (seeded) with butter and marmite
Lunch - A ham salad sandwich, a banana, an apple and carrot sticks with humous.
The humous was red pepper and jalapeno, and so, so good! If you haven't tried it before - do!

Dinner will be veggie chilli and rice.
I also have a Freddo lurking in my room, so may have that, or I may be good and have yoghurt instead. Or both if I'm feeling crazy!
Scratch that, my flatmate made banoffee pie, so I had 2 slices of that instead, and it was incredible!

Unless you're from Asia, in which case, horses live on a dinner plate. Or dinner leaf, bowl, or whatever they eat it off..

Europe too, lots of athletes eat, Alistair Overeem swears by it ...

Tasty actually, but it's not popular here ... easier to get in UK.

Horses...

Just so used to saying at the yard and knowing that people understand what I mean

Three apples, two bananas, and five gingernut biscuits. Writing that down makes it look awful, but I'm away off to get some cheerios now and I'll have some Mediterranean rice for tea.
