Stomach problems

I have been having some issues with my bowel movements which seem to be getting worse. Whenever there is someone in the house or close by the toilet/bathroom I have trouble actually going my stool is always small/hard and difficult to pass and I feel constipated. However whenever I'm alone or I know nobody can hear me on the toilet I consistently have loose stools/diarrhoea I get sudden urges to use the bathroom and need to go straight away. It seems to be an issue particularly in a morning but I can have multiple bouts of diarrhoea throughout the day it never seems to matter what I've eaten either. Just wondered if this sounds like a nervous stomach or ibs ? Feel too embarrassed to go to the doctors , any advice or has anyone suffered similar symptoms?

See a doctor.

There's nothing to be embarrassed about and this is the only advice you'll get as we don't know what's wrong with you!

You'll be better getting a appointment asap with your GP about this matter because don't ignore any kind of stomach problems.

It might be nothing to worry about but let your GP do all the necessary things they can do and if required they Will arrange a specialist at the hospital for further investigation..
