i didnt like topic 8 that much.. so many new things, i know that it will be easy after we get the idea of the action potentials synapses etc but i guess i dont get the idea yet..
Khanacademy is cool
i used it for biology unit 2 and it helped a lot.

Hey can anyone explain to me what they were are trying to say on pages 60 of the SNAB book, the stuff below the heading 'DNA, lice and human evolution' and also on page 55? Both pages are so bludy confusing!

transmission of nerve impulses involved in moving/coordination falls so tremors, stiffness depression may occur
low levels of serotonin triggers depression
serotonin is the neurotransmitter for controlling mood
depression may occur

I just did 3.7/24.4 times 100 to get me 15.2%

24.4 x 10^6 - 3.7 x 10 ^6 that gives ur NPP
and then u calculate the perecentage by 2.07 x ^6 / 24.4 x 10^6 = ans x 100= 84.9%

i used it for biology unit 2 and it helped a lot.

i planned to take my own notes but it's taking a lot longer than i hoped!
