Ok guys i really help wit dis questihon or its off wit mma head lol ok here goesA molecule of each of the amino acids serine,lysine and alanine arem joined 2geda by peptide links to form a tripeptide
1)How many different tripeptites are possible
2) write da structral formula of each different tripeptide.

1) Try out different combinations:
Ser - Lys - Ala
Ser - Ala - Lys
Lys - Ser - Ala
Lys - Ala - Ser
Ala - Lys - Ser
Ala - Ser - Lys
So I think there's 6 (correct me if I'm wrong...)
2) This is the general formula for each of these tripeptides (replace 'R' with the R groups on these amino acids):
H2N-CHR-CO-NH-CHR-CO-NH-CHR-COOH
Ser - Lys - Ala
Ser - Ala - Lys
Lys - Ser - Ala
Lys - Ala - Ser
Ala - Lys - Ser
Ala - Ser - Lys
