The GMC website says that Kwame Nkrumah University of Science And Technology/School of Medical Sciences in Kumasi and University of Ghana Medical School in Accra will provide you with a medical degree that's recognised by the GMC.
She would need to pass the PLAB exam before she could practice in the UK though.
