student finance application 'on hold'
hi, today i received this email from student finance;
"Awaiting Eligibility Evidence
We cannot determine your entitlement to student finance until we receive the necessary evidence. You may also have to provide additional information to support your application.
To enable us to reference and manage your customer account, please write your Customer Reference Number on every document you send us."
i've only just been able to check my emails as i've been out all day so i haven't had chance to contact them, but does anyone have any idea what this could be about?

From personal experience, this could unfortunately mean anything — the best way to find out is to call them.
Although from the looks of it, they just want something to prove that you're actually eligible for a loan.
