How realistic is it to study for second UG degree abroad?
I already have a degree, but want to return to uni, as long as it's within my financial capabilites.
In the UK, this is not possible (9K per year da***).
Somewhere like Belgium or Hollande is perfect for me.
Are the entry requirements similar? I want to do a langauge/social linguistics course, FWIW.

I don't see why it wouldn't be possible. You can always contact the universities to ask them about it. The entry requirements are normally not too strenuous (depending where you apply) - if you already have a degree then you should be fine!
