Practical work in biochemistry

I'm really worried about lab work. I'm thinking of doing biochemistry but I don't like practical work/experiments. I'm not very good at them either :redface:

How much lab work is part of the degree? Like in an average week how much time do you spend in the lab?

I can only speak for my course (York Uni) but we do 8 hours of Chemistry practical work every 2 weeks and about 4 hours of Biology practical work every week.
