Just wondering what kind of jobs would be available for someone who has this degree!

You could apply for the majority of graduate jobs within the finance sector I'd imagine... or even management / marketing and so on.

Marketing is random for a quantitative degree. :l

Teaching, accountancy, consulting, investment banking etc.

Not really, you have a degree, you scan apply for the majority of gradute jobs... even go into law if you wanted to, eventually.
