University of Aberdeen or University of Liverpool?

Hi guys,

I've just received unconditional offers from the said universities and I wonder which one should I choose.

In Aberdeen I'd be studying Sociology and Legal Studies (MA Hons, 4 years), while in Liverpool I got an offer for Law and Sociology (BA 3 years).

I know that Uni of Liverpool is in the Russel Group and it's supposed to be a prestigious university, but when I go in-depth checking the league tables for specific subjects Aberdeen has a head start in every aspect.

I also heard that Liverpool isn't a very nice place to live.

I'd like to know the following things:

Quality of the degree
Cost of living
Difficulty to find a job (yep I'll have to work)
"Livability"
Student life

Any help would be greatly appreciated! It's a tough decision to make :smile:
