Two years is not a long time, you'll make it. Do your best and you'll be fine. You've made it a lot further than most people, most get rejected from med altogether.

For me, It gettings all a bit tedious, I've been in this degree for four years now and I still have two more to go. Whist all my mates have graduated & are earning, i'm still that bum at home. I'll be graduating at the age of 25-26 & thats when I can start my life.I mean it's all I ever wanted to do, but sometimes I just forget the purpose of it all.

I kinda get where you are coming from, I'll be starting uni at almost 22 so I'll be graduating when I'm around 25 too. Most people from school have graduated this year and I'm just about to start :s-smilie:
They might have a few years ahead of you but you'll have a way more satisfying career than them, and a much more respected one too. Not to mention you can be earning very high in your career too to make up for it.

I only wish I was good enough for med

I wasn't good enough for medicine, not in England but that didn't stop me.
There's nothing that drives you in any degree, medicine or surfing, but the enthusian and passion. I've seen a lot of people drop out, not because they weren't acedemically able but because they couldn't have the patience, real enthusiam and passion. The nature of my course is certainly a factor too. I just need to practice medicine more, as opposed to read. I have 8 exams over the course of a month, many of them written asking for obscure facts. This just takes the fun out of it for me.

A med degree is a med degree, it's just too much competition and it's getting worse and harder for people to get in.

I'm sure you will succeed but medicine is medicine, there's bound to be bits that you don't like. Exams are something that most people don't like but they have to be done.. if your desire to become a doctor or a specialist of some sort, or whatever area you want to get into is strong enough, I'm sure you will get the motivation to do well, and it will all be worth it

I find some bits of A-levels annoying enough
