Do I need stationery?

I will be studying International Relations this year and I'm really excited but I completely forgot about stationery until I was reading the thread on another forum section.

At college I literally only took a pen and notepad and then a folder for my work.

What will I need for International Relations? Do I need more than a pen, notepad or folder?

Do we get given a list of stationery we need after we get our results or something? :confused:

I'm clueless.
