It's Indian ice cream, or I have anyway met it only on the menu at curry houses various.

It's just ice cream, though it's usually considered to be more creamy/milky than your average ice cream.
The best ****ing ice cream in the world. The pistachio one makes me mouthgasm. 
i think i had it before and it tasted soooo gross.
