Aqa government and politics-external candidate

Hello to anyone who is studying or has studied AQA government and politics! Is it possible to self teach AS government and politics only (not A2). I recently acheived 105/120 in my unit 3 history paper for A2, and I was wondering if the exam technique required in politics is similar to that needed in history

content-wise, is their a lot to learn? Many thanks

I am in EXACTLY the same position! I am going to self teach AS but I am starting to worry that I might not be able to handle it. I have been on the search for a tutor to help me out. If worst comes to worse I wont self teach and may just do psychology at my school although I really don't want too :frown:
