AQA biology

Hi guys... Just wondering for the people that did AQA as biology and got As ... HOW?! how do you do this ? I worked my a**e off and I'm not a lazy person I remembered everything word by word ... And ended up with an E 1 ums off a D but still an E ...
I decided to resit my unit 2 where I got an U in ... Yes I know I revised for 2 ,months to get an U ... How science works questions hate me I don't know how to deal with them it's an impossible mission for me I swear !!! Any tips about how science works questions ? How did you deal with them ?

P.s. I have no common sense I am able to remember 60 essays ( got an A in psychology ) but I have no common sense. I want to apply for medicine so I need that at least B in AS as I dropped biology !!!
