Medicine international students scholarships and grants

I am a highschool senior in egypt finishing my alevels. My scores so far are 8 A* in my IGCSE olevels and an A* in Alevel biology and an A in as chemistry which i will be studying to full alevel in my senior year along with AL math and AL arabic. I am expecting my final Alevel stats to be A* A* A A . Would i qualify for any scholarships or grants that pay atleast 50% of tuition fees. Aldo if i apply for uk do i take the bmat before finishing my alevels or after? Thanks in advance for any help.
The best thing to do is contact the British Council first of all: individual universities might have schemes, but the BC is a good umbrella organisation to get information in general about funding for overseas students. You'll usually need IELTS of TOEFL at a certain level as well, unless you've studied in an English medium school - and sometimes even if you have - so again, the British Council are your first port of call.
