There are some brilliant names,

Bedwyr
Essyllt
Lowri
Alwyn
Huwcyn
Bronwyn

To name but a few.

I wonder what the 'w' and the 'y' in the names stand for. It seems that the 'w' depicts a 'v' in some cases, while the 'y' is obviously an 'i'.

the y stands for yunotspellmyname

it was a cunning trick used by the Welsh to dominate political opponents as they could never address them directly

Welsh has no "x" and it is virtually the only country that uses the Latin alphabet that doesn't have the word "taxi". Welsh has "tacsi"
