Year 12s: what will be the first way you research your future options? >>

Options for a Physics based degree but with a fun social scene - 2015

I am still unsure as to which universities will benefit me the most but that I will still have a good time out of during my time there - help?

I want a world leading university that still has an interesting social scene and that I will enjoy my time at and this seems a really hard task to find. I live in London so would preferably want to move out for my time at uni. I am in Year 13 now but I have started and completed my A Level Maths early.

Summer Results:
A2 Maths A*
AS Further Maths A
AS Physics A
AS Spanish A

So far I am possibly thinking of NatSci at Cambridge, Physics at Imperial, Particle Physics and Cosmology at Birmingham.

I think I might even take up the SAT just so I can apply to MIT aswell as that seems to be perfect.

Any help/suggestions for these types of universities??
