help needed !

So im 38 and want to apply to uni ... i've gathered enough ucas points for me to do so... my problem is my gcse results were so bad 22 yrs ago I threw the results away ! I then went to sixth form on a vocational course , then to college and attained a level 3 in hairdressing ! 3 yrs ago I worked at a hospital and did the advanced apprenticeship (level3) in health... when applying for uni the application form wants my secondary and gcse information.. I cant even remember them now, I know I did not get higher than a d in any of them... what should I do ? as they are so old would my application form be turned down if I don't add my high school results ? please help ........
You'll probably need them, just ring up the uni to double check though
Most universities have requirements for English and maths (C grades). Consider retaking just those two
