Drugs?
Hello I read that heroin is made of poppies how come it is so dangerous if it is poppies and why is cocanie so addictive and dangerous i know drugs are bad and dangerous but what makes it dangerous other then that it is addictive and how is it made and why is it addictive I am not a drug user and never will be I am just interested about them and want to know more about them so I can make smart decisions in the future and worn others about their dangers. I know the effects but I want to know more.
the danger isn't that simple.
addiction in itself is extremely dangerous - because it changes fundamental priorities in your life, as you become dependant on the substance you'll start to use say food money or rent money as a means to buy more. that gets you starving and homeless. Then there's the various social damage it causes - all manner of relationships become strained, family, love interests, friends, they all suffer due to one's addiction either financially or emotionally.
