Length of the first year of BSc (Hons) Geology course

Can anyone help?

I want to apply for my accommodation at Plymouth University however I can't find how many weeks the first year is? I don't know if it's 40 weeks or more!

Help would be appreciated!

If your course isn't listed on the following pdf link, then I'm pretty sure you can assume that your course is 40 weeks or less: (even though this is for 2014-15)
https://www.plymouth.ac.uk/uploads/production/document/path/1/1302/Non_standard_undergraduate_courses_dates_2014-15.pdf

From what I can see on that list both geology related courses are 40 weeks.

I'm pretty sure I read somewhere in the application process that it may be possible to extend the contract on your accommodation anyway if needed... just not the other way around. So you should be pretty safe with 40 weeks.

If you're still unsure, you might want to email the head of the department that your course is in. I think this is the guy you'd want to contact; https://www.plymouth.ac.uk/staff/mark-anderson.

Hope this was helpful.
