How do you answer questions and use cases as examples without explaining the case? For example, how would I go about answering this question: Explain using three examples how an omission can be the basis of the actus reus of a crime

First define what is an Omission.
Then use 3 examples/cases, I chose; Pitwood, Dytham and Miller.
Remember the key element is what the court decided AND the titles of the omissions for example for Pitwood; When a person's contract requires him to act.
Briefly explain the case facts. Should get all marks!
