The Hub Lease

I'm hoping someone on this can help me, would anyone know if I have already signed a lease for The Hub for next years accomodation but found somewhere a lot cheaper and better, can I back out of this without being charged?

Did you get this sorted in the end? Most accommodation providers should give you a two-week cooling off period.

Hello! Eventually we went in and asked, turns out we're pretty tied in unless we sell each room which is very unlikely in the amount of time we have left. Just looks like we're going to have another skint year!
