Cannot Update new address on .gov website

Hi I'm trying to change my address details on the

https://www.student-finance.service.gov.uk/customer/home/pages/customerProfile/index

Site, however every time i change it and click save this message comes up:

Exception

Error - please try again later. Sorry, we have encountered a problem with your online application. This might be a temporary problem with our computer system. Please log out and come back later. Please accept our sincere apologies for this inconvenience.

Its doing this every time.

Because of this i can apply for a student loan as it keeps trying to send me to the Scottish student loans company as i was previously living in Scotland.

Has anyone else encountered this problem and found the solution?

Could I ask you to try using a different browser? If that doesn't work try a different computer and, if you're still having no luck, try sending in a paper form. You can find them at www.gov.uk/student-finance-forms.
