Cost of holiday abroad with friends

Hi people I live in the uk and would really love to go abroad with 3 of my closest friends from around 10 days to 2 weeks to places like spain and brazil.
I was just wondering how much would all this cost per person including stuff like money for food, accommodation, spending money and plane tickets.
Also when it comes to accommodation if you say a price how luxurious would the place be if it was to be around the price you give.
