as biology cswk-ph and enzymes

im having problems with my analysis and evaluation for my biology coursework.
Its about how PH effects the activity of the enzyme catalase.

help will be much appreciated :confused:

what did your results show?

theory wise it's going to be a bog standard denaturing at pH's far away from the optimum so have a look in most textbooks for that.

As for the other stuff like reasons for variability then it's hard to say without seeing your experiment and stuff
