Which Hertfordshire VFX/3D Animation course should I choose?

I'm fairly certain that I'll end up at Hertfordshire and I've narrowed it down to three courses, Visual Effects, 3D Game Design, and 3D animation. Thing is, based on the website descriptions they're all near enough the same course but named differently (with slight exceptions).

So what I'm wondering is out of the three which would end up being the most beneficial financially and in terms of employability? Game design sounds the most enjoyable, however it also comes across as the most risky?
So far I'm leaning more towards VFX.
