got my exams this year im hoping for 4xB in english lang, maths, computing and ict. With atleast 2xC's so im able to do a-levels (PLS PRAY FOR ME!!!) ktybai
I remember making brief notes on the whole chemistry spec, some parts of physics & a fair bit for history (so many dates to remember!) - however, I'd say just revise until you feel mostly comfortable with each spec
Also, it's easier to go over everything (and I do mean everything) for your mocks, so you can chill a little when your actual GCSEs come around. In other words, make notes until you're sick of making notes/you have to take your exam/you legitimately know everything off by heart.
Do you writing notes help? Thank you for your advice
havent started revising properly yet, because i know i will forget it by the time i have the exam. I have gone through some math topics. I still need to finish computing CW and ICT CW from last year. I also need to finish history CA which cant be bothered to do

I didn't start revising that early. The earliest I started revising for was core science (two weeks before the exam) which was worth it as I got A's in the exam (even though this got dropped down to a B overall because of coursework ) Basically I just revised the whole of the CGP revision guide, I'm not really creative or anything like that when it comes to revision.
Maths I got a B without revision, however I had a tutor. Though I do recommend you to go through all the topics before your exam and do practice questions.
English I have no idea how to revise for, never did, hence getting 2 C's for it.
In my signature/profile I did too much revision if anything, probably more for GCSE than at A level, but only for the subjects I got A*s in. So my results might not look particularly great on a place like this but I was proud of UMS anyhow. In general I just copied facts over and over till I remembered them and did past papers.
