Missing Practicals

So I'm currently studying physics as a private candidate (not something I recommend unless you have a tutor, by the way) and from what I understand, the practical exams for this subject have either already happened or are happening very soon, leaving me with no time to practice.

Either way, I'm wondering if it's possible to take the written exams now, since I haven't missed those, and take the practicals as part of next year's retakes. Obviously if I do well with the written exams now I won't need to retake those, but does anyone know if I will be able to (re)take the practicals for the first time next summer? Is that allowed?

Any advice would be appreciated.
Sorry you've not had any responses about this. :frown: Are you sure you've posted in the right place? Here's a link to our subject forum which should help get you more responses if you post there.
