What treatment/support are you currently receiving? I presume a psychiatrist diagnosed you with BPD, so are they still involved in your care? If you haven't already, I would apply for disabled students allowance and speak to the disability support office at your university - they will be able to support you through your degree.
It sounds like that things are really getting on top of you at the moment. It sounds like it would be important to try and get some mental health support as soon as possible. Have you ever had therapy or counselling? Your uni should have a counselling service - that may be a good place to start.
DBT is a very effective therapy in treating BPD, and I would really recommend it. It is hard to get on the NHS, however, you can do part of it by yourself - this book is really good for self help -
