Question about which type of loan I will get

Hello

To summarise:

2013-2015 = 2 Years of a Course
2015-2016 = Gap year
2016- = New course but starting in 2nd year

As my new course technically started in the 2015/2016 year, but I am only starting it in the 2016/2017 year in 2nd year, am I entitled to the new 2016 loans or will I still receive the old one with grants.

Thanks
You'd get the new one; as that's when you started.

sf.pngThis is what my application says, it says I am getting grants but I've noticed at the course it says 2013-2018. I think it's taking into account my previous years of study, should it be doing this or is this an error on the website?

Thanks
Did you select new course?

The woman I spoke to on the phone when cancelling my previous applications (one was for my original course, the other one was a mistake) just told me to replace the course name with the new one on the application (the mistake one).

Do you think that caused it? Shall I ring up to get it corrected?
If your gap year was processed as a suspension by your university you will be entitled to loans/grants - if they processed as a withdrawal you will only be entitled to the new loans
