Accommodation and friends

Hi, I'll be staying at home and going to uni in London.
Will I miss out a lot on not meeting new people at accommodation, will it be difficult to find friends?

Hello

It won't make it impossible to make new friends but it can make it a little harder. A lot of people choose not to live in accommodation and continue to live at home but at the end of the day if you are willing to make the effort you can still make friends.
Join societies and attend meetings, still attend Freshers events or meet up with people off your course etc.

If you put in the effort, you'll be okay.
