Large Studio in Vita Student Newcastle Available from Sep. 2018

I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a studio in Vita STuent, Strawberry Place. The studio cost 162 per week and is considered one of the more "luxury" student accommodation buildings in the city. It is available from September 2018. The accommodation has multiple social and study areas and also has a gym and laundry room. It is located pretty much right next to the city centre with 2 tescos, a Sainsbury's and a subway in a 3-minute walk. You can reach Newcastle University in about 8 minutes walking.
