Can someone please explain to me the following

WHAT IS MEANT BY AN INDIRECT ACTION IN EU LAW SUCH AS PRELIMINARY RULINGS UNDER ARTICLE 234? (as opposed to a direct one)

Thanks I do but its through uni and I am at home. I know wht is Article 234 all I need to know wht is meant an indirect action

you should be able to access it on your comp. i can when im not at uni.

I cant

try this link and then go to e-journals it should come up with some some athens sites. i dont know if its for members of my uni only, but it works when im at home and i cant remember it needing a password to get into.
